Teamwork – Across all Borders

It is no secret that Lahmeyer’s success has been created by our staff. Some 1,500 employees from 40 nations are currently employed within the 12 companies of the Lahmeyer Group.

In our organisation, their knowledge, experience and commitment are grouped into technical divisions. Inter- and intra-group cooperation among our experts ensures that the synergies of the Lahmeyer Group are maximised for the benefit of our clients.

Experts in All Areas

Engineers, scientists and economic and financial specialists from more than 30 disciplines take responsibility for satisfying the varied demands of our projects worldwide.

Many of them have experience not only in their own technical fields, but have also developed intercultural skills. Our teams are therefore able to adapt quickly to the challenges of new environments.

Continual Responsibility

Every employee, from those at the start of their career to the experienced professional, should feel comfortable in our working environment and be offered the appropriate degree of challenge and responsibility. Evidence of our success in this respect is the average length of service, which stands at 10 years, and the average age of our specialists, which, at 47, is also indicative of their experience.

Sharing Experience

Trainee engineers have recourse to the knowledge of their older colleagues, while the experienced engineers, conversely, keep up with current developments. With each individual project requiring interdisciplinary approaches, teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration are integral components of our everyday approach to our work.
